“…Our destiny is not frightful by being unreal; it is frightful because it is irreversible and iron-clad. Time is the substance I am made of. Time is a river which carries me along, but I am the river; it is a tiger which destroys me, but I am the tiger; it is a fire which consumes me, but I am the fire…”
Essay: “A New Refutation of Time,” Jorge Luis Borges

With unusual consequences, Sabina Sallis implements a utopian vision of art as an element that can change the world without engaging in conflict with it. Her work, in this context, is particularly important because by participating in Sabina’s art works we become creators of a secular, beautiful mystery.

Sabina’s new project, Resilience in Equilibrium, consists of a series of drawings on paper, objects and video projection.
