From Flax to Freelance: The History of 36 Lime Street

EVENT | 8th & 10th September 2016 | 2pm - 4pm | FREE ENTRY

36 Lime Street opens our doors to take part in this year’s Heritage Open Days.

Today, 36 Lime Street is a collective of over 40 workshops, occupied by freelance artists and other creative practitioners. The building dates from the 1840s and in its 165 year history has witnessed some of the Ouseburn’s greatest events and changes. Join Ouseburn expert Mike Greatbatch and 36 Lime Street artist Sue Woolhouse on a tour of the building, external and internal!
