A community of over 40 outstanding artists, makers, designers and musicians opens its doors this November for the year’s biggest open studios event in the heart of the Ouseburn Valley.
Buy direct or commission a piece from the makers themselves.
Enjoy a festive atmosphere with gift ideas from paintings and prints to sculpture, jewellery, textiles, furniture and glass.

This year’s exhibition, ‘Seek’, will create a new experience of the building with a map to guide you in your explorations, connecting gallery work with work in studios.

You will also have the chance to buy raffle tickets: covetable miniature prints designed by our members and printed by Lee Turner of Hole Editions. This raffle will help raise funds for essential building works and prizes include items made and donated by our members as well as vouchers from local businesses.

Artist and Writer Workshop
Help artist Bethan Maddocks create a prehistoric paper forest alongside street writer Luke Winters, typewriting stories for visitors.
Piano Recitals with Steve Luck
Musician and composer Steve Luck will be performing piano pieces every half hour in his Level 2 studio.
Hole Editions: George Shaw lithograph Puss Puss in the Tree, 2018
A lithograph has been created by George Shaw specially to be editioned during the Ouseburn Open Studios on Sat 24th and Sun 25th Nov 2018, 10am – 5pm.
