36 Lime Street Artists in Action | Spring Salon Sale 2016 promises to be an extra special spring weekend at 36 Lime Street. Come and see artists, designers and makers in their own studios and see how work is produced. Get involved in a range of workshops and demonstrations throughout the weekend (also you can vote for your favourite workshop or demonstration over the weekend). You can also buy original work from a range of professional artists and creative practitioners working in paint, glass, wood, ceramics, print, books, music, jewellery, words and more. Some makers take debit/credit cards but best to arm yourselves with cash and cheque book!
To raise money for the maintenance of our beautiful Grade II listed building we will be holding a fabulous fundraising raffle with original Hole Editions letterpress prints as tickets – win a £100 voucher to spend on work by any maker in 36 Lime Street. Tickets will be available to purchase over the weekend or alternatively you can pick one up from the Hole Editions website.
The spring Salon Sale is one of only a handful of dates each year when the doors of 36 Lime Street open to the public and this open studios event offers a chance to peek behind the scenes of the Ouseburn’s oldest artist studios.
