‘Urban Roots’
My studio in Lime Street has been my base for the past twenty-three years. During this time I have undertaken glass commissions in hospitals, surgeries and colleges, residencies within schools, and private commissions as well as exhibition pieces.
Over the past year I have been developing the Ouseburn Glass Learning Zone, creating opportunities for learners at all levels who are excited by glass to be taught by leading glass practitioners. My studio is a fantastic space to come and experiment with glass with access to professional tuition and facilities.
Master classes were added to the programme in 2013. This year we will be inviting more practitioners with specialist knowledge in fusing, casting and painting to share their skills. See my website and facebook page for future workshops and courses.
