Subway to the South
I have designed large-scale public art projects including seating, gates, railings, sculpture, signage, trophies, sundials, clocks, & bollards. I use a variety of materials – hardwoods, metal, slate, stone, brick, polymer and glass, often mixing two together. I am also interested in experimenting with construction techniques and how they relate to various materials. I like pushing boundaries regarding materials & processes.
Clients include: Newcastle Council, Gateshead Council, Sunderland Council, Easington Council, Northern Rock Plc, Northern Rock Foundation, Equality North East, DFDS Ferries, Tyne & Wear Passenger Transport Authority & Arts Council North East.
